What happens on the day of the burial?

Mourners can choose to gather outside the burial ground to await the arrival of the cortege with these or take their seats in the before the coffin is brought in. Following the funeral service, if you choose to have one, the committal service typically place at the graveside. This service is conducted by a minister, clergy, or a non-religious officiant and can be customized to your wishes, including readings, songs, prayers.
