There are no additional funeral director or cremation fees for the services listed above.

Does the £995 have to be paid in advance?

Yes. The full £995 fee is payable in advance before the funeral arrangements can proceed.This is one of the ways we are able to keep the cost of our Essential Direct Cremation as low as possible.If an immediate out-of-hours collection is requested, the additional £150 out-of-hours collection fee will also be payable.If you are worried about paying for a funeral, please talk to us. We can explain the other funeral options available and point you towards information about possible help with funeral costs.

Are you still available 24 hours a day?

Yes. Complete Funeral Care remains available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.The £995 package includes collection during our standard collection hours. If your loved one dies outside these hours, you can still telephone us for advice and support.If you would like or require us to bring your loved one into our care immediately outside our standard hours, an additional £150 out-of-hours collection fee applies.A death occurring out of hours does not automatically mean this additional charge will apply.

Can we choose the crematorium?

To enable us to provide this service for £995, the crematorium is selected by Complete Funeral Care.We will arrange an appropriate local crematorium based on the area in which the funeral is being arranged and availability.If choosing a particular crematorium is important to you, one of our other funeral services may be more suitable.

No. The date and time are arranged by Complete Funeral Care according to crematorium availability.This flexibility helps us keep the Essential Direct Cremation at its £995 package price.We will, of course, let you know when the cremation has been arranged.

No. The Essential Direct Cremation is an unattended cremation, which means family and friends do not attend the crematorium.If you would like to be present for the funeral, our Attended Cremation Service may be more appropriate.
