Our Story
At Complete Funeral Care, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, dignified, and truly personal support to families during their most difficult times.
With over 16 years of experience in the funeral profession, Andy has worked across every level of the industry—from Funeral Services Operative to Funeral Director, Hub Manager, and Area Development Manager. His return to the role of Funeral Director reflects his belief that being hands-on with families and their loved ones is where he can make the greatest impact.
Charlie, a second-generation funeral professional, also brings 16 years of experience to the team. Having started as a Funeral Arranger, she progressed to Funeral Director and Hub Manager, earning the trust of both families and colleagues. In 2015, Charlie qualified with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) and is a Licensed Funeral Director with the British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD), ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
At the heart of our team is our experienced Funeral Arranger, Jenny—Charlie’s mum—who has worked in the industry since 1998. With a background at some of the UK’s largest funeral providers, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge, calm reassurance, and heartfelt compassion to the families she supports. She has been a guiding influence in shaping the values we uphold today, and her dedication continues to inspire everything we do.
We are also incredibly proud of our Funeral Service Operative team - some of whom are 2nd and 3rd Generation funeral profession, who bring a vital presence to the care we provide. Each team member contributes something unique—but they all share a deep sense of empathy, kindness, and professionalism. Whether working quietly behind the scenes, bringing loved ones into care or assisting on the day of a funeral, their commitment reflects the values at the heart of Complete Funeral Care.
Together, we offer bespoke, independent funeral services shaped by compassion, integrity, and attention to detail—ensuring every family feels supported, respected, and truly cared for.
