Should you choose this path, you may wish to arrange a separate memorial gathering at a time and place that feels right. We're here to support you however you need, whether that means guiding you through the planning process or simply being available if questions arise.
The funeral arrangements can be made virtually or made in made in the comfort of your own home by appointment and having the Direct Cremation Funeral option, Complete Funeral Care takes care of all necessary arrangements on your behalf, including:

The funeral arrangements for the Direct Cremation completed in the comfort of your own home

Professional services, advice and support (24 hours a day)

Conveyance of your loved one from their place of rest *1 (within a 20 mile radius / within office hours 9am-4pm)

Care of your loved one until the day of the cremation

Preparation and care of your loved one and dressing in their own clothing or a gown if desired

Coordination and submission of all relevant documentation and legal paperwork

Provision of an Eco-Friendly (simple) coffin

Local Crematorium Fee

Provision of a suitable vehicle to take your loved one to the crematorium (locally)

Provision of our staff on the day of the cremation

Collection and temporary retention of cremated remains from crematorium for a maximum of 4 weeks. *2

Charges which will be additional if they’re required:

*1Bringing a loved one into our care outside of office hours is an additional cost of £200.00

*2 We can deliver them back to your arrangement address at no extra cost (within the 20 mile radius) .

There are restrictions imposed by this service which must be adhered to:

No Mourners may in attendance

No Choice of Date and time - but we will tell you when it is so you can light a candle or raise a cup of tea)

One piece of Music can be played as we bring your loved in into the chapel - which you can choose.
