Held in the peaceful Pavilion at the beautiful South Lawn Hotel in Milford on Sea, this gathering provides a warm and welcoming environment away from the formality of a crematorium.

It is a space where family and friends can come together in a calm, unhurried way.

🌿 What this service includes

​

Our Personal Farewell Gathering is designed to take care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about the details.

​

It includes:

​

• The funeral arrangements for the Service and Cremation in the comfort of your own home

• Professional Services, and advice and support (24 Hours a day)

• Conveyance of your loved one from their place of rest *1 (within a 20 mile radius / 24 hours a day)

• Care of your loved one until the day of the cremation

• Preparation and care of your loved one and dressing them in their own clothes or a gown if desired

• Co-ordination and submission of all relevant documentation and legal Paperwork 

• Provision of our Staff for the day of the service and cremation.

• Using a suitable vehicle to transport your loved one on the day of both Service and Cremation

• Use of the Pavilion at South Lawn Hotel (up to 50 people)

• Time to gather before the service with tea and coffee

• A traditional oak veneer coffin

• The coffin in place upon arrival

• A family-led service, or the option of a celebrant (additional fee)

• Music and visual tribute facilities

• Private cremation at a local crematorium (cremation fee included)

• Collection and temporary retention of the cremated remains from the crematorium for a maximum of 4 weeks (if required) as we wish to return the Ashes to you promptly. 2*

Payment for this Service is to be paid in full at the time of arrangement

Charges which will be additional if they’re required:

*1Bringing a loved one into our care outside of a 20 mile radius incurs an additional mileage charge - contact us for details.

*2 We can deliver them back to your arrangement address at no extra cost (within the 20 mile radius) .

​

Any additional options taken up for Celebrant, Flowers, Orders of Service etc.

​RESTRICTIONS​

There are restrictions imposed by this service which must be adhered to:

​

1. No Mourners may in attendance at the cremation

2. The cremation will take place the morning following the day of the service not necessarily straight after the service (availability depending)

Following the service, you are welcome to spend time together at the hotel, should you wish.

We will then take your loved one back into our care and carry out a private cremation separately, with the same dignity and respect.

​

£2,250 fully inclusive ​

This includes the cremation fee, professional services, Coffin and all elements listed above.

​

There are no hidden costs — just simple, transparent care with additional options still available if they're required (Officiant to take the service, Flowers, Orders of Service, Coffin Upgrade etc).
